VOLUNTEER ROLES TO FILL
Please take a moment to review a few roles the alumni association is in the process of filling.

OPPORTUNITY #1
50th All Class Reunion for July 23, 2011 Event
Welcome Packets Team (procure gifts, coupons, items for the welcome bag - need about 3 volunteers).
Evening Program Planning Team (need 1 chairperson, and about 6 volunteers to help with planning and fulfilling tasks related to the evening's program - music, coordination with Civic Center, security, speakers, agenda)
These positions need to be fulfilled before December 2009. Please feel free to send me a message ASAP, and I will work with you to fill out the details of each of these volunteer positions.
OPPORTUNITY #2
Vendor Relationship Development
This volunteer will help the alumni association find cost effective, high quality vendors for alumni to purchase baseball caps, football jerseys, golf jerseys, t-shirts, coffee cups.
OPPORTUNITY #3
Public Relations Team
Publicity Team (need 3 volunteers to help us prepare public relations announcements and work with various free PR outlets in El Paso).
OPPORTUNITY #4
Andress High School Yearbook and Newspaper Collections for Scanning
A volunteer is needed to locate yearbooks from alumni, procure them for scanning and coordinating shipping to and from alumni and volunteers, and posting final content to our site.
OPPORTUNITY #5
Identify Class Leaders and Class Representatives
A volunteer is needed to help us identify class leaders for each class, survey them, and learn of their class reunion plans.
