Please note, we have registered wth the IRS as a non-profit organization. Moving our charter to Texas means we are now a charitable organization as noted under IRC (Internal revenue Code) 501(c)3. Any cash contributions donated to the organization for operational expenses are now income tax deductible. Cash contributions made to Ruth Gillett's Scholarship Fund are also income tax deductible, as we understand, and contribution receipts will be issued by the El Paso Community Foundation, the administrator of Ms. Gillett's scholarship fund.
