Please note, we have registered wth the IRS as a non-profit organization (social group); however, we are NOT a charitable organization as noted under IRC (Internal revenue Code) 501(c)3. Any cash contributions donated to the organization for operational expenses are not income tax deductible. Cash contributions made to Ruth Gillett's Scholarship Fund are income tax deductible, as we understand, and contribution receipts will be issued by the El Paso Community Foundation, the administrator of her scholarship fund.
