CLASS REUNIONS
Status of Class Reunions
If you are aware of any class websites please send a message to us to advise us of that site. We will provide a courtesy link to help draw more traffic to the preferred website. Please send the message to
harryasmussen@yahoo.com with the web site link (URL) and he will create the link below. Also, please provide the name and contact information of that site's webmaster or sponsor.
We regularly receive requests from alumni from each of the classes below to serve as volunteers in some form or fashion. By us learning of your volunteer pool, we can help you build up your reunion team of volunteers quicker, which makes your role as organizer easier to handle.
Let's not kid ourselves, the responsibilities of Class Representative and Reunion Organizer require a higher level of involvement which many alumni are not willing to do. However, if you want to explore the roles of creating and developing a reunion with assistance from experienced alumni, feel free to let us know and we'll help you "get it going", survey your classmates, help you find missing classmates, share with you reliable vendors in El Paso, accept payments for pre-registration deposits and final ticket prices, and share with you "best ideas" to make your reunion a memorable experience. It doesn't have to be hard or all tasks to fall on the shoulders of one bird.
A well planned reunion should be started at least 2 years in advance of the planned reunion date. A rushed reunion can happen in less than 6 months, yet, you will miss out on a greater attendance and have the greatest potential of not reaching the largest number of classmates.
As we learn more about the plans for each class, we will post details in this table.

| 1990 | 20th in 2010 | Chris Sunderman, Joe Mares, Cheryl Beaman are planning their reunion in El Paso, TX during October 2010 during AHS Homecoming Week. The 1990 Reunion Planning Committee got together this weekend to plan the reunion for next year. This is our tenative plans:
Friday - Sunday, on homecoming weekend. From what the other members told me, the football schedule doesn't come out until January, so we can't make our final plans until then. Regardless, it usually is in October. So next October will be our reunion in El Paso. Friday: Tour the facility - possible talk to some classes provide some brief mentoring for future graduates. Friday Evening - FOOTBALL, possibly with a recognition of our class during halftime. Friday Late Evening - House Party - TBD. Saturday - Day time/ Lunch - Park or Zoo activity designed to be a family - type event. Saturday Evening - Formal/Adult Activity Sunday Morning - Golf / Breakfast Brunch Activity
We have some contacts for helping with hotels. As soon as I can put some prices together, I will let you know. We are also (realizing that their might be single parents) looking into some type of chlid care. Planned price is $50 for family (whether single, couple or family). Golf will be extra. Thank you so much for your patience with me in planning this. I am looking forward to seeing you next year.
